Abnormal temperature control of gas chromatograph:no temperature rise or temperature instability.
When all temperatures are unstable, lower the gas chromatograph column chamber temperature and obseve the sampler and detector temperatures. If it is normal,it is a fault caused by the grid voltage or ground wire. If the grid voltage and ground wires are normal,it is usually a microcircuit board fault. In general, the possibility of simultaneous damage to the platinum control or heating line of the temperature control line is extremely low.
If the temperature control of a channel is abnormal, check whether the gas chromatograph temperature control platinum resistance, electric heating wire is normal.
